How Can We Help?

We sincerely welcome a challenge. Each of our team members has no less than 5 years experience working with fine and rare wines, and travel regularly to wine cellars around the globe.

As we inventory approximately 120,000 bottles per year, our toolkit continues to grow.  This means that when presented with a problem we are able to say, “We know exactly how to solve that.  Its’ already been encountered twice – or twenty times.”

Wine Moving

We are constantly in search of the best way to move wine efficiently, carefully, and (always) temperature controlled. It’s also important that our clients pay less to move their wine through us than anywhere else. Our sister company Domaine Wine Storage will flawlessly manage the planning and logistics.

Once the truck arrives, we will unpack its contents: out of the truck – into the house – down the stairs, and into the cellar. It’s a long, arduous process, but rest assured we are up to the task (we also know not to track dirt into your home).

Wine Inventory

Once all of the wine is safely inside the cellar, the real work begins.  Verifying exact contents is the first step.  We inventory and catalogue in nearly a dozen categories: location, bin, vintage, Domaine, varietal, Cuvee, quantity and size.

After conclusion of the inventory, a cellar proves to be a complete mess: boxes, bottles and tissue everywhere.  Once the collection is organized by region and put into its appropriate bin, all associated debris is removed.
